Fort Myers, FL: Saminco has launched STAG (Saminco Tools and Graphing) – a comprehensive software designed to deliver intuitive operation, in-depth observation, real-time analysis and system simulation of Control Area Networks (CAN) used within American Tractions Solutions (ATS) and Saminco Solutions Systems.
Built as a modern evolution of the traditional Handheld Programmer, STAG features a powerful and user-friendly interface that enhances visibility, control and efficiency for engineers, technicians and system integrators working with CAN-based propulsion and control systems.
With STAG, users can:
- View, record, compare, and modify drive parameters with greater clarity and accessibility.
- Send command messages directly to propulsion drives for system control, calibration, or testing.
- Graph live SAMCAN2 bus activity to visualize system performance in real time.

In addition to its real-time capabilities, STAG includes advanced logging and playback tools that support detailed analysis and documentation. Users can:
- Record SAMCAN2 data for offline review.
- Re-load and graph saved logs.
- View Trace Window with all of the CAN Messages on the network.
- Capture and export graph for documentation, reporting or collaborative problem solving.
By combining real-time control, visualization, and data analysis into a single modern software, STAG delivers a streamlined all in one platform for CAN-based systems used within ATS and Saminco Solutions Systems. STAG is now available for download on www.americantractionsolutions.com under Accessories in Product Menu. STAG is not a subscription-based software. It only requires a CAN Network interface kit (W6004-661) that will need to be purchased separately to connect with Saminco and ATS products. Feel free to contact your area sales representative with any questions regarding STAG.
