American Traction Systems will become American Traction Solutions Inc. under new ownership.
Fort Myers, FL: American Traction Systems (“ATS”) has entered into an asset purchase agreement to sell substantially all its assets to American Traction Solutions Inc.
From Bonne Posma, owner of ATS, “For the past seventeen (17) years, it has been my privilege to lead ATS and to bring our products to customers around the world. Their trust and support have been integral to our journey, and I am deeply grateful for the confidence placed in us. Now the time has come to start a new adventure and see the ATS legacy grow further and bigger than we could ever have hoped.”
Continuing, he said “It has been an honor to serve our customers, and I sincerely thank them for their support throughout the years. I look forward to seeing American Traction Solutions grow and continue to make an impact for many years to come.”
